What is Future Billionaires?
Future Billionaires is a student founder community at Loughborough University. It started as a WhatsApp group in 2025 and it's 315 people now. We run dinners, firesides with founders, a Founders Lounge, and a day in London with students from ten universities.
Is it an entrepreneurship society?
Not in the usual sense. There's no constitution, no treasurer, no committee and no membership fee. If you want the Loughborough startup and enterprise scene without the bureaucracy, that's us.
Do I need a startup to join?
No. Most people are building something, thinking about building something, or just curious about how it works. Any of those three is enough.
Who can join?
Any Loughborough student, any course, any year, undergraduate or postgraduate. We also run rooms with students from other universities, so you'll meet founders from outside Loughborough too.
How do I join?
Tap the join button on this page, or scan the QR code at one of our stalls. It puts you straight into the WhatsApp community, which is where the events get announced.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Turning up is free and there is no membership fee. We bring the food.
Where is Future Billionaires based?
Loughborough University, in Loughborough, Leicestershire, in the United Kingdom. Events run on and around campus, and we also run a day in London each year with students from other universities.
When are Future Billionaires events?
Through the academic year, with roughly three anchor events a term plus whatever else comes up. Dates are announced in the WhatsApp community first, and the ones that are confirmed appear on the events page.
Can students from other universities join?
The WhatsApp community is for Loughborough students. Our London day is open to students from other universities, and the last one had around a hundred students from ten universities in the room.
Who runs Future Billionaires?
It was started in 2025 by Yuvraj Jaipuria. For 2026/27 it is run by Albert Adrian Iovan as Chapter Lead at Loughborough, Abi Areeson as Community Lead, and Vishv Puri as Partnerships Lead.
How can an organisation work with Future Billionaires?
We do not take sponsorship money. We ask partners to host a room, cater it, or deliver something they know, such as a workshop or a fireside. There is a partners page that explains what that involves.
What is a Fireside at Future Billionaires?
A founder who is building something now sits in front of the room and takes real questions, rather than delivering a talk. It is our signature format and it usually runs about an hour, after which people stay and talk.
